Current information
The reading is shown with its source and age. The operator uses that information alongside their knowledge of the equipment and operating conditions.
Monitoring software shows information; it does not take over equipment control. Operators need to know whether a reading is current and available. Other teams receive the information relevant to their work. We plan these connections with the teams responsible for each system.

A plan for the equipment connections, monitoring software and a prototype operators can try.
- Map the physical-to-digital path
- Work with the responsible teams to understand the equipment, its connections, the applications involved and the operating limits.
- Build the information view
- Show what each reading means, where it came from, how old it is and whether it is available. Share the relevant information with business applications.
- Validate operating behavior
- Test current, delayed and missing readings. This service covers software monitoring and integration, not programmable logic controller (PLC) commissioning or certified control services.
